Responsible play

Support and advice to players

Competitions should always be enjoyable and affordable. If taking part is affecting your finances, wellbeing or relationships, support is available and asking for help is a positive first step.

Keep play in balance

Only spend what you can comfortably afford to lose. Never treat competitions as a way to make money, solve financial problems or recover previous spending.

Consider setting a personal budget before entering, taking regular breaks and speaking with someone you trust if participation no longer feels enjoyable or in control.
